XYZ Forge is developed in the open by HiQS Labs. There is no mailing list or chat yet — GitHub is the channel.

Bugs and feature requests

Open an issue

A good report includes:

• the harness and model involved (e.g. relay with Codex as builder),
• the command line or skill invocation you ran,
• what you expected and what happened instead,
• relevant output — relay thread files, ESCALATION.md, or gate output — with anything sensitive removed.

Before filing, skim the FAQ — the two most common surprises (sandboxed runs failing quietly, and what depends_on really does) are covered there.

Source and documentation

• Repository — start with the README quickstart.
• Architecture — the system's shape in detail.
• Guiding principles — the north stars behind the design.
• Roadmap — what's done, in flight, and parked.

Licensing

The repo carries its license files at the root — LICENSE and LICENSE-COMMERCIAL.md. Licensing questions are best raised as an issue too, tagged so they're findable.
